1. Introduction
These Terms of Service outline your rights and responsibilities when using services provided by My Psych Ltd. By booking and attending appointments with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
My Psych Ltd provides ADHD and Autism assessments and treatment services for adults and children. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed, with optional face-to-face services available at additional cost.
3. Booking and Payment
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our secure system.
- Payment is required in full prior to the assessment or service.
- Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: no charge.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours: £50 administration fee.
- No-shows: £100 fee to cover clinician time.
By proceeding with your booking, you accept these terms.
5. Consultation Recordings
All consultations may be recorded for clinical quality and safety.
- You will be asked for explicit consent before recording.
- You may opt out of video, audio, or both.
- Recordings are stored securely and only used for internal purposes unless legally required or further consent is given.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in line with UK GDPR and NHS standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Information Sharing
We will only share your information with third parties (e.g. GPs, schools) with your explicit consent, except where required by law or in safeguarding situations.
8. Patient Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information
- Engage respectfully with our team
- Follow clinical advice and guidance where appropriate
- Inform us of any changes to your health, contact details, or preferences
9. Clinical Judgement
While we aim to provide gold-standard assessments and care, outcomes and recommendations are subject to clinical judgement. We do not guarantee diagnosis or treatment eligibility.
10. Liability
My Psych Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from misuse of information or failure to follow professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Termination
You may withdraw from the service at any time. My Psych Ltd also reserves the right to terminate the service relationship if:
- There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour
- Clinical or operational risks are identified
- You do not comply with terms of care or payment
- Inform us of any changes to your health, contact details, or preferences
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
