Clinical Excellence

The Diagnostic Process: ADHD & Autism

A thorough, evidence-based exploration of your unique neurology and developmental history.

Evidence-Based Neurodevelopmental Identification

Our ADHD and Autism assessments are designed to meet and exceed NICE guidelines. We don’t just look for symptoms; we look at how your brain processes information, manages sensory input, and navigates social communication across your entire life history.
By combining clinical expertise with gold-standard diagnostic tools, we ensure a diagnosis that is accurate, robust, and neurodiversity-affirming.

The Clinical Journey

1. Pre-Clinical Screening

Detailed symptom questionnaires for you and an observer (partner, parent, or close friend). For Autism, we include specific sensory and social communication profiles to review your developmental history before your appointment.

2. Clinical Interview & Observation

A deep-dive session with our specialists. We use gold-standard tools tailored to your needs:

3. Objective Data & Multidisciplinary Review

For ADHD, we use QbCheck to measure attention and impulsivity. For Autism, our multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and OTs) reviews all findings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your profile.

4. The Feedback Session

A dedicated meeting to review your results. You’ll receive a full clinical report valid for workplace accommodations, Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), and GP Shared Care (where applicable).

Is the diagnosis valid for the NHS?

Yes. Our assessments are carried out by GMC-registered psychiatrists and HCPC-registered psychologists following NICE gold-standard protocols, which is the requirement for NHS recognition.

What if I have both ADHD and Autism?

Many individuals are “AuDHD”. Our clinicians are experts in dual-diagnosis and will explore both profiles simultaneously if requested, providing a unified understanding of your neurology.
