Primary Care Support
robust titration pathways, and seamless Shared Care integration.
Alleviating Pressure on Primary Care
The Shared Care Protocol (SCP) Standard

Stability First Guarantee
We never request Shared Care until a patient has been stable on a fixed dose for a minimum of 3 months with no adverse effects.

GMC Specialist Oversight
All titration is supervised by GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrists. We retain clinical responsibility for the specialist aspect of care.

Rapid Re-Referral Route
If a patient becomes unstable or requires medication adjustment, we provide a rapid re-referral pathway, taking back prescribing responsibility immediately.

Comprehensive Handover
Our SCP requests include a full diagnostic report, titration summary, recent physical health metrics, and a clear monitoring schedule.

Annual Specialist Review
We conduct the mandatory annual specialist reviews for all patients under Shared Care, ensuring ongoing NICE compliance without burdening the GP.

Direct Clinician Access
GPs have a direct line to our clinical team for urgent queries regarding medication interactions or complex co-morbidities.
